Stage two - Federal appeals court rules 3 to 0 against Trump on travel ban

On February 9th, The Washington Post published an article titled "Federal appeals court rules 3 to 0 against Trump on travel ban."
Matt Zapotosky, the author, explains the effects of Trump's executive orders on immigration and the decisions of the Supreme court of the banning of seven Muslims countries.
During the first days of Presidency of Trump, he signed an executive action that allow new vetting procedures to keep radical Islamic terrorists out of the US. Trump posted a tweet stating "the security of our nation is at stake" so far three of the eight judges of the Supreme court have denied this issue as a national security matter. According to the three judges the reasons presented for Trump do not present evidence that confirms the "banning" as security matter instead many believe it is discriminatory. If the executive order continues it will affect all legal foreigners and even green card holders at Universities.
